The average Estate Agent will charge 1.5% (plus VAT) just for selling your house, but with Fifteen Old Bailey we will charge the same 1.5% (plus VAT)* of the sale price, but you will get so much more:

We also have the ability to help with cash flow by paying for services upfront, which will then be recouped on completion when you pay us. Our agents will also consult you on any ongoing maintenance issues or emergencies that may arise along the way, obtaining quotes and instructing contractors on your behalf.
